2. Information on this website
The information on this page is general and is not medical advice. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be decided after an individual consultation.
3. Consultations
- A consultation costs £70. If you go ahead with treatment, the consultation fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment.
- At consultation, Dr Tania will assess your face, discuss your medical history, and explain her recommendation, its cost, risks and alternatives, including doing nothing.
- You will not be pressed to decide on the day. For a first treatment, Dr Tania may recommend time to think before going ahead.
- Dr Tania may decline to treat you if she considers treatment unsuitable or not in your interests, and will explain why.
4. Eligibility
By law, dermal filler is not given to anyone under 18. We may ask for proof of age. Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medicines.
5. Prices and payment
- Filler treatment starts from £350. The price for your treatment depends on your individual plan, and you will receive a written cost before you decide.

- Payment for treatment is due on the day of treatment. [CONFIRM accepted payment methods]
6. Changing or cancelling an appointment
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, your deposit may be kept. [CONFIRM this matches your current Phorest booking settings]
- If we need to cancel, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer another appointment or a full refund of any deposit.
If you book online or by phone, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 7. Results
Treatment suitability is assessed individually following consultation. Results vary between patients and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Dermal filler results are temporary. Dr Tania will explain what is realistic for you before you decide.
8. Aftercare and follow-up
- You will receive written aftercare advice. Please follow it and tell us about any concerns promptly.
- A follow-up review is included with every treatment, usually two to four weeks after filler.
- After treatment, you will be given an out-of-hours contact number for urgent concerns.
- Any further treatment offered at review is discussed with you and charged only if you agree to it. [CONFIRM your policy on top-ups or corrections at review]
9. Photographs
Clinical photographs are taken for your medical record with your consent. They are only used on our website or social media if you give separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
10. Your information
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Concerns and complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell us as soon as possible by email or telephone so that Dr Tania can review it with you. [CONFIRM your complaints procedure and response times]
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects your statutory rights.
