The 20-Year Face Plan
Most clinics plan your next appointment. I plan your next decade.

How the plan works
Every patient leaves with a long-term plan for their face, not just today's treatment. We review it as your face, and your life, change.
Assess
A full consultation covering your skin, health history and goals, and what is genuinely realistic. I'll tell you if I don't think you need treatment yet.
Plan
A plan built in stages: what we might do now, what we'd consider in five years, and what we'd never rush into. Not every plan involves injectables.
Treat gently
Small, considered amounts. I would rather undertreat and review than overcorrect and regret it. That is a deliberate clinical choice.
You return, we review
Your face changes. Your life changes. The plan is reviewed, not repeated on a loop. That is the difference between a plan and a subscription.

It starts with your Skin Analysis
- Digital skin analysis
- A full-face assessment with Dr Tania
- Your written plan: what matters now, next and later, with costs
- Three sensible routes. No pressure to decide on the day
- Bring someone you trust, if that makes it easier
£75, credited towards your treatment plan.
Questions about the plan
What is the 20-Year Face Plan?
A long-term approach to facial ageing, built around assessment, staged planning, conservative treatment and regular review, rather than one-off appointments. Every patient leaves with their own written plan.
Does every plan include injectables?
No. Some plans start with skin quality and medical-grade skincare. Sometimes the honest advice is to wait.
What if I've been overfilled elsewhere?
This is a common reason people come to me. We plan to correct course gradually and conservatively, not in one dramatic reversal.
I'm in my 20s or 30s. Will you still see me?
Yes, though I'll ask more questions than you might expect. Most healthy younger patients don't need what they think they do. Injectable treatments are only for adults aged 18 and over.
