ZO Skin Health, prescribed properly
Medical-grade skincare in Birchington, chosen after a skin assessment with Dr Tania, a certified ZO Specialist.

Why we use ZO Skin Health
ZO Skin Health was founded by Dr Zein Obagi, a dermatologist who has spent his career on how skin works and how to keep it healthy. The products are designed to work together as a routine, so the skin can renew, repair and protect itself.
We chose ZO because it is medical-grade but not prescription: strong enough to make a real difference to tone, texture, pigmentation, breakouts and signs of ageing, yet suitable for daily use at home with the right guidance.
Good skin is the foundation of every plan we make. For many faces, especially mature skin, the biggest change comes from healthier skin, before any injectable is considered.

Questions about ZO Skin Health
Do I need a prescription for ZO Skin Health?
No. The ZO products we use are not prescription medicines. They are medical-grade, though, with stronger active ingredients than most shop-bought skincare, so we choose them for you after a skin assessment and guide you as your skin gets used to them.
What does "medical-grade" mean?
Skincare made for use under professional guidance, with clinically studied active ingredients at strengths chosen to make a real difference. It is sold through trained clinics rather than off a shop shelf.
Will my skin react at first?
Some active ingredients, such as retinol, can cause dryness, redness or flaking in the first weeks while your skin adjusts. We start gently, explain what to expect and adjust your routine if needed.
Can I use ZO during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some ingredients, including retinol, are not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell us, and we will choose a routine that is suitable.
Where can I buy ZO?
In clinic, after your skin assessment. Members receive 10 to 15% off.
