2. Information on this website
The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be decided after an individual consultation.
3. Consultations
- All treatments require a medical consultation first. Appointments are by prior arrangement.
- The Skin Analysis & Personalised Treatment Plan costs £75 and is credited towards your treatment plan.
- We may decline to treat you if we consider treatment unsuitable or not in your interests, and will explain why. You will never be pressed to book.
4. Eligibility
Injectable cosmetic treatments are only provided to adults aged 18 and over, as the law requires. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medicines; we check this at consultation.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are as published at the time of your consultation and may change. Your price is confirmed before treatment.
- Courses, packages and memberships are confirmed to you in writing, including how long any offer remains valid, before you buy.
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Deposits, changes and cancellations
- A £26 deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, the deposit is kept. In genuine emergencies we may transfer it to a new appointment.
- If we need to cancel, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer another appointment.
- If you book online or by phone, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask for your appointment to take place within those 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a proportionate amount for any service already provided.
7. Results
Results vary between patients and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Risks, benefits and realistic expectations are discussed at your consultation.
8. Aftercare
You will receive aftercare advice. Please follow it and tell us about any concerns promptly.
9. Photographs
Clinical photographs are taken for your medical record with your consent. They are only used on our website or social media with your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
10. Membership plans
Membership terms, including any minimum commitment and cancellation notice, are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before you join.
11. Your information and complaints
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please see our Complaints Procedure.
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects your statutory rights.
